There’s never been a better time for your team to reflect and reset. Perhaps for the first time, people can collectively see and understand that the way we currently work has levels of risk, inefficiency, bias and waste baked in. We can no longer ignore the compelling reasons to re-invent ourselves, our communities and our organisations with urgency, and build a better new normal.
This workshop is for any organisation or team that wants to reflect and celebrate successes and plan for the short/medium term.
In this workshop our service design practitioners will facilitate your team through 3 impactful hours. You will celebrate your successes, capture what has worked well and identify areas for development.
You will receive a summary of the session which will allow you to shift from being reactive to proactive and start designing with your people not for your people.

The workshop is delivered remotely over 3 hours.
Reflect and Reset team workshops are interactive, engaging and impactful facilitated sessions that can be delivered flexibly to suit your needs. These sessions can be run for teams of varying sizes and at times that suit different time zones.
This session can be delivered around your organisational capacity in either one 3-hour session or 2 90 minute sessions spread over a couple of days. Set it as part of your team meeting or as an individual sessions.

Engaging, collaborative and interactive online delivery.
Our team of service design practitioners will help your organisation make sense of the data and co-create a summary of next steps and actions to be taken forward. You’ll leave with a live and interactive whiteboard space for on-going virtual collaboration.
