Robbie Beautyman

Robbie has a background in product design and business, developed through his studies – in BSc (Hons) Product Design and MSc Design for Business – and through the running of his own design consultancy service specialising in human-centred design.

He learned a great deal about keeping users with a broad range of needs at the heart of service design and delivery during this time, and has taken this into his current role with the Service Design Academy.

Robbie is experienced in delivering service design training to a wide variety of organisations across the public, private, and third sector. He is passionate about the ways design can be used in different industries as a practical tool for problem solving and a way of thinking, with a specific focus on sustainability.
