Disruption and transformation present opportunities for organisations to respond creatively to change and uncertainty. We work with organisations across all sectors to scale, upskill, and reskill their teams to implement cost effective business transformation through service design.
As a learning partner, you can expect innovative and consistent learning outcomes to meet your strategic and operational challenges.
Our accredited learning introduces and builds expertise in service design practice. We’ll work with you to ensure we’re aligned on the objectives and outcomes of your training programme. You’ll set the business challenge for participants to ensure they can relate their learning to your organisation and their roles.
We’ll share a comprehensive priced training proposal for your approval. This will include a development schedule, delivery dates and post-training support including toolkits, a summary report and a Data Analysis and Reflection session. We also offer follow-up mentoring sessions to support small groups of colleagues to implement their learning on future work-based projects.
No matter the challenge your organisation is facing, we can help you develop the skills you need to move forward. Here’s a small selection of the courses we’ve delivered so far.
